I was extremely disappointed during my breakfast dining experience. My associates were stared at by staff walking in and exiting the establishment. Our server acted as if our basic requests were an inconvenience though the restaurant was nearly empty. I am not sure about the experience of other people of color but I will definitely not be going back. The pricing and serving sizes were adequate but nothing special.

Always a great place for lunch. I had the shrimp with zucchini noodles, delicious. Then as it was s birthday lunch, we split the chocolate cake. So good and it was free. Another lovely time at The State Room â¤ï¸

Hi Timothy, yes we have space that can accommodate groups. Please call a State Room Manager at 517-884-8101 for details.

You can, it's part of a hotel so caters to casual style as well, but it does have more of a "Sunday best" atmosphere if you're going for dinner.

The hours on their website show this. Monday through Saturday Breakfast: 6:30am to 11am Lunch: 11am to 3pm Dinner: 5pm to 10pm Sunday Breakfast: 6:30am to 10am Brunch Buffet: 10am to 2pm Dinner: 4pm to 9pm
